Molto Today screen: an evening ritual with check-in done, box breathing queued and a reflection prompt, above a week of brightening mood

How it works

Turn a few honest questions into a plan

No streaks to chase on day one. Molto starts by listening, then builds a programme that fits the life you actually have.

Molto check-in screen: a glowing dot placed on a two-axis mood map reading Settled, with feeling tags and a short note
  1. Answer honestly

A reflective survey — sixteen gentle questions about sleep, stress and what you want back. No wrong answers.

  2. Get your plan

Molto builds a four-week programme around three focus pillars, with a starting-point score so you can see the distance travelled.

  3. Run the ritual

Each day: one check-in, one guided practice, one written reflection. About two minutes, done before your tea cools.

The daily ritual

Then, an evening that closes gently

Check in on a two-axis map, run one short practice, answer one question worth answering. Molto keeps score quietly and never raises its voice.

FAQ

Fair questions

Is Molto therapy?

No. Molto is a self-help tool for everyday mental fitness — a structured way to check in, practise and reflect. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and if you are in crisis the app points you to real professional help straight away.

How long does the daily ritual take?

The check-in and reflection take about two minutes together. A guided practice adds three to five more when you have them. Everything is designed to fit inside an ordinary evening, not to become another obligation.

What happens if I miss a day?

A streak freeze covers it automatically — you earn one every seven days of showing up. Molto never shames a gap; the plan simply carries on the next evening.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, any time from your App Store subscription settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays yours — you can export or delete it from inside the app.
